JSC "NIC TSO" conducts calls for applications from small and medium-sized enterprises

JSC "SME Corporation" helps entrepreneurs become participants in "growth" programs, which are created based on the needs of major customers in the procurement of goods, works, or services. This is a set of measures providing financial, legal, methodological, informational, and other support. The programs help entrepreneurs prepare to participate in procurements with the subsequent possibility of entering into offset agreements. The supplier "growth" programs are implemented by customers operating under the Federal Law of 18.07.2022 No. 223-FZ, with the participation of JSC "SME Corporation" and small and medium-sized business support infrastructure organizations.

On 15.07.2025, JSC "NIC TSO" approved a Program for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises for their potential participation in the procurement of goods (works, services).

For the implementation of the program, JSC "NIC TSO" from August 3 to September 1, 2026, is conducting a selection of applications from small and medium-sized enterprises on the SME Digital Platform in the following areas:

"Active detection means; Radiation diagnostic instruments and installations; Radiation nondestructive testing instruments; Devices based on the use of X-ray or alpha-, beta-, or gamma-radiation used for medical purposes; Other security alarm system instruments and devices not included in other groups; Other measurement, control, and testing instruments and equipment not included in other groups; Other optical instruments and tools not included in other groups."

Applications are submitted through the "Supplier 'growth' program" service in the "Access to procurement of large state companies" section of the SME Digital Platform ([https://мсп.рф**_)._
