Industrial enterprises of the region are invited to participate in the XXI All-Russian Forum - Exhibition 'STATE ORDER'

From May 13 to 15, 2026, in Moscow (Skolkovo Innovation Center), the XXI All-Russian Forum - Exhibition "GOSZAKAZ" will take place, which is held in accordance with the order of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation D.V. Manturov dated September 10, 2025, No. MD-P9-33387.

The main topic of the Forum-Exhibition agenda will be issues related to providing preferences for Russian industrial products under the "national regime" in procurement, including clarifications on the application of relevant prohibitions, restrictions, benefits, amendments to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated July 17, 2015, No. 719 in accordance with the requests of industrial enterprises, and the prospects for using the resources of engineering centers, technoparks, and industrial clusters to build cooperative chains involving regional small and medium-sized enterprises.

Regional industrial enterprises are invited to participate in the event to present the products they manufacture to the largest customers operating under Federal Law No. 44-FZ of April 5, 2013, and Federal Law No. 223-FZ of July 18, 2011.
