From May 13 to 15, 2026, in Moscow (Skolkovo Innovation Center), the XXI All-Russian Forum - Exhibition "GOSZAKAZ" will take place, which is held in accordance with the order of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation D.V. Manturov dated September 10, 2025, No. MD-P9-33387.

The main topic of the Forum-Exhibition agenda will be issues of providing preferences for Russian industrial products within the framework of the "national regime" in procurement, including clarification of issues related to the application of corresponding prohibitions, restrictions, benefits, amendments to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated July 17, 2015 No. 719 in accordance with the requests of industrial enterprises, and the prospects for the use of resources from engineering centers, technoparks, and industrial clusters to build cooperation chains involving regional small and medium-sized enterprises.

Regional industrial enterprises are invited to participate in the event for the purpose of presenting their products to the largest customers operating under Federal Law No. 44-FZ of April 5, 2013, and Federal Law No. 223-FZ of July 18, 2011.
