The Ministry of Culture of Russia, together with PJSC DOM.RF, federal executive authorities, and regional executive bodies, is implementing measures aimed at restoring at least 1,000 cultural heritage sites by 2030 and adapting them for modern use.

For this purpose, a set of state support measures for investors has been developed and is being implemented together with PJSC DOM.RF.

Currently, a plan is being prepared to transfer at least 700 such sites from the property of the Russian Federation subjects and municipal property to investors for preservation work by the end of 2026.
