The preferential equipment leasing program provides micro and small businesses with access to modernizing and increasing production capacities through the acquisition of new modern equipment at rates of 6% for Russian equipment and 8% for foreign equipment.

1. "Preferential Equipment Leasing for Priority Sectors": amount - from 3 to 100 million rubles, lease term - from 13 to 60 months, advance payment - from 10% of the lease item cost, minimum lease item cost - from 3 million rubles.

2. "Preferential Equipment Leasing for Small Manufacturing": amount - from 5 to 50 million rubles, lease term - from 13 to 36 months, advance payment - from 20% of the lease item cost, minimum lease item cost - from 3 million rubles.

3. "Preferential Equipment Leasing for Light Industry": amount - from 3 to 50 million rubles, lease term - from 13 to 36 months, advance payment - from 20% of the lease item cost, minimum lease item cost - from 500 thousand rubles.
