The Center for Foreign Trade (hereinafter referred to as the Center for Foreign Trade) was established by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated February 4, 2014 No. 136-r at the initiative of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation to provide practical assistance to Russian enterprises in the development of foreign trade activities.
In 2022, in order to ensure the stability of foreign trade operations in the face of external sanctions pressure, the Government of the Russian Federation empowered the HTC to provide information and consulting support to domestic companies.

1. Advice on the supply of products that have fallen under restrictions.
2. Advice on the selection of analogues from friendly/neutral jurisdictions.
3. Verification of foreign import counterparties (China/India).
4. Search for alternative schemes for financial payments.
5. Assistance in optimizing existing and finding new foreign trade logistics schemes/
6. Sanctions compliance in trade
7. Consultations on certain issues of foreign trade activities.

1. Marketing research of foreign markets.
2. Development of export strategies.
3. Search for a buyer abroad on a turnkey basis.
4. Verification of foreign export counterparties.
5. Advising on the amendment and application of measures of customs tariff and non-tariff regulation.
6. Support of anti-dumping, special protective, countervailing and compensatory procedures.
7. Exemption from VAT on imported technological equipment.
