JSC DOM.RF, in implementation of the directives of the President of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Russian Federation, is carrying out a wide range of measures aimed at the restoration of cultural heritage sites (hereinafter - CHS) in order to bring at least 1,000 CHS to a satisfactory condition by 2030.

To enhance the investment attractiveness of CHS, a program of preferential lending for projects aimed at the preservation of CHS in unsatisfactory condition (hereinafter - the Program) is being implemented.

JSC DOM.RF, as the operator of the program, compensates lenders for lost income resulting from the reduction of the interest rate below market conditions.

The Program is aimed at supporting investors in projects for the restoration of cultural heritage sites in unsatisfactory condition and adapting them for modern use.
