Who Can Receive Preferential Leasing Support?

• Leasing support is available to SMEs listed in the Unified Register of Small and Medium Enterprises of the Federal Tax Service of Russia (in the category of micro and small enterprises) (hereinafter — the Unified Register). To check whether your business qualifies as an SME, visit rmsp.nalog.ru and enter your TIN. If your TIN is not found or the information is incorrect, submit a request for verification on the Unified Register website.

• Leasing support is not provided to small and medium enterprises engaged in the production and/or sale of excise goods, extraction and/or sale of minerals (except for common minerals and mineral drinking water), gambling activities, participants in production-sharing agreements, as well as financial sector organizations.
