Competition of social infrastructure objects 'MART': preserving and strengthening traditional spiritual and moral values

The Committee of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on Regional Policy and Local Self-Government, the Non-Governmental Development Institute "TRANSPROEKT" (JSC), and the Federal People's Council are the organizers of the "MART" Social Infrastructure Objects Competition, the activities of which are aimed at developing applied aspects of preserving and strengthening traditional spiritual and moral values.

In 2024, 47 projects from 25 subjects of the Russian Federation, including 18 international ones, participated in the "MART" competition.

Regional state authorities, local self-government bodies, project initiators planning implementation, investors, concessionaires, private partners, and projects in key sectors of social infrastructure—education, culture, sports, social protection of the population, and sanatorium-resort treatment—are allowed to participate in the competition in 2025.
