Competition of social infrastructure objects 'MART': preserving and strengthening traditional spiritual and moral values

The Committee of the State Duma of the Russian Federation on Regional Policy and Local Self-Government, the Non-Governmental Development Institute "TRANSPROEKT" (JSC), and the Federal People's Council are the organizers of the Social Infrastructure Projects Competition "MART", whose activities are aimed at the development of practical aspects of preserving and strengthening traditional spiritual and moral values.

In 2024, 47 projects from 25 regions of the Russian Federation, including 18 foreign ones, participated in the "MART" competition.

In 2025, regional government authorities, local self-government bodies, project initiators planning implementation, investors, concessionaires, private partners, and projects in key sectors of social infrastructure – education, culture, sports, social protection of the population, and spa-resort treatment facilities – are eligible to participate in the competition.
