On February 27, 2025, at 9:00 AM (Moscow time), the submission of applications from Russian exporters for participation in the selection to receive support for the reimbursement of transportation costs of agricultural products began. Exporters can submit applications on the state digital platform "My Export".

The Russian Export Center (REC, part of VEB.RF Group) acts as the agent of the Government of the Russian Federation implementing this support measure. The REC will accept applications from companies for reimbursement of costs incurred for shipments made in the third and fourth quarters of 2024, as well as in the first and second quarters of 2025. The program's budget for 2025 is 5 billion rubles, with possible increases in limits.

The application period will run until 6:00 PM (Moscow time) on August 15, 2025.
