ANO "National Priorities" presented an analytical report ["Entrepreneurship: New Role and Competencies in the Russian Economy"] (https://disk.yandex.ru/i/bPFk5hMPdCifUw).
It contains the results of the national project "Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises", as well as areas of support for SMEs until 2030.
Thus, in order to build a new model of economic growth, the role of the SME sector is changing: from a source of jobs to a driving force for the development of the Russian economy.
In order to achieve the goals in the SME sector, the focus of state support is shifting from starting your own business to developing and expanding it.
Directions of state support for SMEs until 2030:
• Maintaining existing SME support programs;
• creating conditions for increasing the contribution of SMEs to the development of domestic technologies;
• creation of conditions for the consolidation of SMEs;
• assistance to the self-employed in the creation of microenterprises;
• Creating conditions for the transition from microbusiness to small and medium-sized businesses.
