ANO "National Priorities" presented an analytical report "Entrepreneurship: New Role and Competencies in the Russian Economy".
It contains the results of the national project "Small and Medium Entrepreneurship," as well as the directions of support for SMEs until 2030.
Thus, to build a new model of economic growth, the role of the SME sector is changing: from a source of jobs to a driving force in the development of Russia's economy.
In order to achieve goals in the SME sector, the focus of state support is shifting from starting one's own business to its development and expansion.
Directions of state support for SMEs until 2030:
Targeted support for SMEs in priority industries;
Maintaining existing SME support programs;
Creating conditions to increase the contribution of SMEs to the development of domestic technologies;
Creating conditions for the consolidation of SMEs;
Assisting self-employed people in creating microenterprises;
Creating conditions for transitioning from microbusiness to small and medium business.
