PRIME. The President of the Russian Federation, V. Putin, instructed the Russian Government to remove excessive administrative barriers for the operation of domestic businesses.

At the VTB investment forum "Russia is Calling!", he called for clearer prioritization of support measures provided to industries from the federal budget, as well as continued fine-tuning of the regulatory framework.

Putin also urged attention to the debt burden on businesses. According to him, it has increased recently.

In addition, he promised to discuss with colleagues from BRICS the idea of creating a special platform to support small and medium-sized enterprises. This proposal was brought to him by one of the participants of the forum's plenary session.
