PRIME. The President of the Russian Federation V. Putin instructed the Government of the Russian Federation to remove excessive administrative barriers for domestic businesses.At the VTB investment forum "Russia Calls!" he urged to prioritize the support measures provided to industries from the federal budget more clearly, as well as to continue fine-tuning the regulatory framework.Putin also called for attention to the debt burden on businesses, which, according to him, has increased recently.Additionally, he promised to discuss with colleagues from BRICS the idea of creating a special platform to support small and medium-sized enterprises. This proposal was made to him by one of the participants of the plenary session of the forum.> "... I will ask my colleagues, who within BRICS analyze the situation on key areas of cooperation, and we will definitely draw the attention of our Brazilian colleagues to this, as they will chair BRICS from next year," said V.V. Putin.
