The Russian Export Center (REC, part of VEB.RF) has introduced a new free online service for exporters — "Export Contract Builder". This tool is designed to significantly simplify the preparation of foreign trade agreements, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), reducing legal risks and saving time and resources.

The "Export Contract Builder" allows users to obtain a ready-made pre-filled draft contract in just a few minutes, taking into account the individual characteristics of the deal. The exporter specifies the necessary parameters: contract subject, product characteristics, delivery terms, rights and obligations of the parties according to INCOTERMS, payment procedure, and other important details, and the system automatically generates a legally correct document. The contract can be drafted in two languages (Russian and English), which is especially relevant for international cooperation.

"The Export Contract Builder is not just a template, but a flexible tool adaptable to the specifics of each transaction, for both goods and services. It allows exporters to focus on business development without delving into legal intricacies," — clarified REC Vice President Alexey Solodov.
