The Strategic Initiatives Agency has opened applications for support of projects aimed at providing personnel for priority sectors of the economy. Initiatives aimed at achieving the indicators of the new national project "Personnel" are being accepted for consideration.Applications are open on the official website of the Agency (https://asi.ru/leaders/screening/201903/).Applications for selection can be submitted until November 10 in three areas:1. Development of the system of additional professional education in priority sectors of the economy;2. Effective tools and practices for career and professional navigation of youth;3. Mechanisms for reducing barriers to integrating foreign talent into the economy of Russia.The Agency is ready to support solutions aimed at developing the personnel potential of Russians, as well as innovative projects to increase youth engagement in the scientific and technical sphere and promote the domestic engineering school.> "Young people are the future driver of our economy, so we need to create conditions today that will help them realize themselves as quickly and effectively as possible. This will contribute to forming a talent reserve for the economy and ensure its sustainable development," commented **Director of the "Young Professionals" Department Alexander Vaino.**Selected projects will receive targeted support from the Agency.For instance, the Agency will assist in promoting solutions in Russian and foreign markets, finding new industrial and sectoral partners. If there is a request, the Agency will help in removing administrative barriers that hinder the comprehensive development of the project and the sector. Leaders and project teams will also be able to participate in acceleration programs, receive informational support, and take part in events of the Agency and its partners.
