The Agency for Strategic Initiatives has opened applications for the support of projects aimed at providing personnel for priority sectors of the economy. Initiatives aimed at achieving the targets of the new national project "Personnel" are being accepted for consideration.

Applications can be submitted on the Agency's official website (https://asi.ru/leaders/screening/201903/).

Applications for selection can be submitted until November 10 in three areas:

1. Development of a system of additional professional education in priority sectors of the economy;

2. Effective tools and practices for youth career and professional navigation;

3. Mechanisms for reducing barriers to the integration of foreign talent into the Russian economy.

The Agency is ready to support solutions aimed at developing the human resource potential of Russians, as well as innovative projects to increase youth engagement in the scientific and technical field and promote the domestic engineering school.

"Young people are the future drivers of our economy, so we need to start creating conditions today that will help them realize their potential as quickly and effectively as possible. This will contribute to forming a talent pool for the economy and ensure its sustainable development," commented Alexander Vaino, Director of the 'Young Professionals' program.

Selected projects will receive targeted support from the Agency.

For example, the Agency will assist in promoting solutions in the Russian and international markets, and in finding new industrial and sectoral partners. If requested, the Agency will help remove administrative barriers that hinder the full-scale development of the project and the sector. Project leaders and teams will also be able to participate in acceleration programs, receive informational support, and take part in events organized by the Agency and its partners.
