Preferential financing for the purchase of equipment for protection against cyberattacks for industrial and agro-industrial enterprises

To enhance the level of cybersecurity for both individual enterprises and entire strategic clusters of the economy, a new financial product (preferential financing taking into account a subsidy) has been developed to qualitatively improve cybersecurity and protection against cyber attacks for agro-industrial enterprises.

Under the program, financing can be directed to:

1. The purchase of equipment;

2. The purchase of domestic software for secure data exchange and information security software tools;

3. The purchase of equipment and server virtualization software;

4. The purchase of equipment and software for deployment and modernization of monitoring and information security incident response centers.

Applications for financing to acquire equipment and software that meet the following requirements are accepted:

1. Full compliance with Russian legislation;

2. Possession of the FSTEC Certificate under UD-4 (for software);

3. Included in the unified register of Russian software and databases of the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia (for software);

4. Included in the register of Russian-origin telecommunications equipment of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia (for equipment);

5. Compatibility with FSTEC-certified operating systems (Astra Linux, etc.)

To receive preferential financing, it is necessary to fill out the Application to participate in the Annual Public Award "Regions – Sustainable Development Competition" and send it to the official email address: info@infrakonkurs.ru.
