To enhance the level of cybersecurity both for individual enterprises and entire strategic economic clusters, a new financial product (preferential financing with subsidies) has been developed to significantly improve cybersecurity and protection against cyberattacks for agro-industrial enterprises.

Financing under the program can be allocated for:

1. Acquisition of equipment;
2. Acquisition of domestic software for secure data exchange and information protection tools;
3. Acquisition of equipment and software for server virtualization;
4. Acquisition of equipment and software for the deployment and modernization of monitoring centers and information security incident response centers.

Applications for financing for the purchase of equipment and software are accepted, provided they meet the following requirements:

1. Full compliance with Russian legislation;
2. Availability of FSTEC Certificate according to UD-4 (for software);
3. Inclusion in the Unified Register of Russian Software and Databases of the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia (for software);
4. Inclusion in the register of Russian-origin telecommunications equipment of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia (for equipment);
5. Compatibility with FSTEC-certified operating systems (Astra Linux, etc.).
