The Russian government has expanded the list of technologies for concluding special investment contracts (SPIC), announced Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin at an operational meeting with his deputies."The basis of SPIC is the development and implementation of products into mass production that are not yet produced in Russia. To this end, the government has expanded the list of such modern technologies. We have additionally included 47 new items in it," said the head of the Russian government, specifying that among them are complexes for ultrasonic diagnostics, medical tomographs, laser gas analyzers, components for advanced bearings, chemical reactors, and many other technological innovations.Mishustin reminded that business, thanks to such agreements, receives corresponding guarantees from the state: during the implementation of the initiative, tax benefits and other preferences are maintained, which helps achieve the return on investments and ensures attraction of long-term financing."The adopted measures will accelerate the development of scientific research and industry, increase the availability of effective means and approaches for Russian companies and citizens, and in general will contribute to achieving the goal set by the president to strengthen the technological and industrial sovereignty of the Russian Federation," M. Mishustin concluded.
