The head of Adygea Murat Kumpilov took part in a meeting chaired by the Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Maxim Reshetnikov via videoconference. The agenda included the implementation of individual programs of socio-economic development (IDP) of the constituent entities and the approval of new IDPs until 2030.
During the discussion of the results of the implementation of the IDP of the Republic of Adygea until 2024, the region was given a positive assessment. The region was able to effectively use the funds of the program, thanks to which in recent years the growth rate of the republic's economy has been twice as high as the national average. The positive demographic situation and the absence of pressure on labor resources were also noted.
Murat Kumpilov stressed that thanks to the decision of the President of Russia Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin five years ago, Adygea received an additional powerful support tool, becoming a member of the IPR.
The funds of the program in Adygea were used to solve long-standing and problematic infrastructure issues in the social sphere: healthcare, culture, and sports institutions were put in order; a supporting infrastructure has been created for land plots for large families and for the large industrial park "Enem", which is now being created. The funds were also spent on the reconstruction of a gas distribution station and a highway in a mountainous area, the right and left banks of the Belaya River in Maikop were strengthened. The program supported small and medium-sized businesses; The costs of agricultural producers for the purchase of agricultural machinery were reimbursed.
During the meeting, the Head of the Republic of Armenia presented the draft of the new Individual Development Program of the Republic of Adygea. It is designed for 2025-2030 with a total amount of funding from the federal budget of 6 billion rubles.
