
During a working trip to the Takhtamukay district, the Head of the Republic of Adygea, Murat Kumpilov, visited the construction site of the 'Enem' industrial park. The off-site meeting also included the Chairman of the Government of the Republic of Adygea, Anzour Kerashev, the Head of the Takhtamukay district administration, Asker Savv, and the acting head of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Adygea 'Stroizakazchik', Aslan Khadzhimov.In the Takhtamukay district, near the village of Enem, about 200 hectares have been allocated for the construction of the industrial park with the possibility of further expanding the park's territory. Currently, all necessary infrastructure for placement of production facilities is being created: roads, power grids, wastewater treatment plants, administrative premises, etc. are being built.The Head of the Republic of Adygea instructed to strictly follow the roadmap. The planned infrastructure must be created within the established deadlines, and efforts to attract residents should be intensified.Among the first investors in the industrial park may be the marketplace Ozon. Companies producing corrugated packaging, boiler equipment, pipes and fittings, medical devices, semi-finished products, and health food have also expressed readiness to set up their productions in 'Enem'. In total, it is planned to accommodate up to 50 business entities and attract over 65 billion rubles in investments. The industrial park will also create about 10,000 jobs in the republic. Its launch is planned for 2025.Murat Kumpilov also emphasized the relevance of comprehensive work on improving infrastructure in the rapidly developing Takhtamukay district, which is experiencing stable population growth. Therefore, regional authorities are simultaneously addressing issues related to road repairs and modernization of utilities.Last year, a large-scale reconstruction of wastewater treatment facilities with an increase in their capacity was carried out in the village of Novaya Adygeya. The Head of the Republic of Adygea was acquainted with the results of the completed work.
