The head of Adygea stated that the Enem industrial park will become a new growth point for the region's industry

During a working trip to the Takhtamukay District, Head of the Republic of Adygea Murad Kumpilov visited a construction site where the industrial park “Enem” is being created. The field meeting was also attended by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Adygea Anzaur Kerashev, MO “Takhtamukay District” Asker Savv, and Acting Head of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Adygea “Stroyzakazchik” Aslan Khadjimov.

In the Takhtamukay District, near the village of Enem, about 200 hectares have been allocated for the construction of the industrial park, with the possibility of subsequent expansion of the park territory. Currently, all the necessary infrastructure for hosting production facilities is being created there: roads, power networks, treatment facilities, administrative buildings, etc. are being constructed.

The Head of the Republic instructed to strictly adhere to the roadmap. Within the established timeframe, the planned infrastructure should be created, and work to attract residents should be intensified.

Among the first investors in the industrial park may be the marketplace Ozon. Companies producing corrugated packaging, boiler equipment, pipes and fittings, medical devices, semi-finished products, and healthy food have also expressed their willingness to locate their production in “Enem.” Ultimately, it is planned to accommodate up to 50 business entities and attract more than 65 billion rubles in investment. The industrial park will also make it possible to create about 10,000 jobs in the republic. Its commissioning is scheduled for 2025.

Murad Kumpilov also emphasized the relevance of comprehensive work to improve infrastructure in the rapidly developing Takhtamukay District, where a stable population growth is observed. Therefore, the regional authorities are simultaneously addressing tasks of road repair and modernization of utility networks.

Thus, last year a large-scale reconstruction of the treatment facilities with increased capacity was carried out in the village of Novaya Adygea. The Head of the Republic familiarized himself with the results of the work performed.
