During a working trip to the Takhtamukay District, the Head of the Republic of Adygea, Murad Kumpilov, visited the construction site of the industrial park "Enem." The field meeting was also attended by the Chairman of the Government of the Republic of Adygea, Anzaur Kerashev, the head of the Takhtamukay District, Asker Savv, and the acting director of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Adygea "Stroyzakazchik", Aslan Khadzhimov.
In the Takhtamukay District, near the village of Enem, about 200 hectares have been allocated for the construction of the industrial park, with the possibility of subsequent expansion. Currently, all necessary infrastructure for hosting productions is being created there: roads, power networks, treatment facilities, administrative buildings, and more are being constructed.
The Head of the Republic instructed to strictly follow the roadmap, complete the planned infrastructure within the established deadlines, and also intensify efforts to attract residents.
Among the first investors in the industrial park may be the marketplace Ozon. Companies producing corrugated packaging, boiler equipment, pipes and fittings, medical products, semi-finished products, and healthy food have also expressed their readiness to establish their production facilities in "Enem." Ultimately, it is planned to accommodate up to 50 business entities, attracting over 65 billion rubles in investments. The industrial park will also create about 10,000 jobs in the republic. Its commissioning is scheduled for 2025.
Murad Kumpilov also emphasized the importance of comprehensive work to improve infrastructure in the rapidly developing Takhtamukay District, which is experiencing stable population growth. Therefore, the regional authorities are simultaneously addressing tasks related to road repairs and upgrading utility networks.
Last year, a large-scale reconstruction of treatment facilities was carried out in the village of Novaya Adygea, increasing their capacity. The Head of the Republic reviewed the results of the completed work.
