According to Krasnodarstat, the Republic of Adygea has seen significant growth in industrial production from January to May of this year. Statistics show that, compared to the same period last year, this figure increased by 12%.

At the same time, the industrial production index was 111.7%.

The largest contribution to the positive trend came from the manufacturing sector, which showed a growth of 13.3%. In particular, the production volumes of the republic's food processing industry grew by 12.2%.

At the same time, Krasnodarstat noted an 8.6% increase in the mining sector in Adygea.

Meanwhile, the largest increase in output was seen in the food industry. Rice production increased 6.6 times, fresh, cooled, or chilled pork by 2.6 times, oilcakes and other solid residues of vegetable fats and oils by 2.5 times, frozen vegetables and mushrooms doubled. The production of fruit and vegetable juices increased by 98%.

The production of flour and cereal products grew 5.1 times, oils and fats by 2.7 times, rubber and plastic products by 91.8%, and beverages by 43.0%.

In the fruit and vegetable processing and canning sector, the regional growth amounted to 35.6%.
