According to Krasnodarstat, the Republic of Adygea has seen a significant increase in industrial production from January to May of this year. According to statistics, compared to the same period last year, this indicator grew by 12%.

At the same time, the industrial production index reached 111.7%.

The processing industry sector contributed the most to the positive dynamics, showing a growth of 13.3%. In particular, the volume of production in the republic's food processing industry increased by 12.2%.

Meanwhile, Krasnodarstat noted an 8.6% growth in the mining sector in Adygea.

At the same time, the largest increase in product output was seen in the food industry. Rice production increased 6.6 times, fresh, chilled, or cooled pork 2.6 times, oilcakes and other solid residues of vegetable fats and oils 2.5 times, and frozen vegetables and mushrooms doubled. Juice production from fruits and vegetables increased by 98%.

Production of flour and cereal products rose 5.1 times, oils and fats 2.7 times, rubber and plastic products by 91.8%, and beverages by 43.0%.

In the field of fruit and vegetable processing and canning, growth in the region was 35.6%.
