The Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Adygea, Zaur Sheudzhen, spoke at a meeting of the State Council-Khase of the Republic of Adygea with a report on the progress and assessment of the effectiveness of the implementation of the state programs of the Republic of Adygea for 2023.
At the beginning of his speech, he briefly outlined the main regulatory acts governing the development, adoption, implementation, and evaluation of the effectiveness of state programs in Adygea.
Key statistical data were also presented. Thus, for the implementation of 23 state programs last year, 45.38 billion rubles were allocated, which ensured 97.1% of their financing.
Following the assessment of the effectiveness of these programs, 16 of them were recognized as highly effective, and 7 as moderately effective.
This assessment considered both the achievement of target indicators for the implementation of activities and the level of their financial provision.
Overall, the achievement of target indicators was 88.3%.
At the same time, Z. Sheudzhen noted that this year there was a transition to a new system of state program management. Now, their implementation will be organized based on project management principles – similar to national projects.
This will make it possible to better focus state programs on achieving national development goals, simplify the control of their implementation, and increase efficiency.
