"As part of the program, a production building with a boiler house is being constructed in the industrial zone of the Takhtamukay district; a road to it has already been laid, installation of engineering networks and distribution infrastructure continues, and warehouse facilities are being built. Work with residents will begin in March. To develop investment and entrepreneurial activity, it is also recommended to work more actively with banks. This applies to issues of lending to small and medium-sized businesses, housing construction, and banks' participation in social projects."
