"Within the framework of the program, a production building with a boiler room is being constructed on the territory of the industrial zone of the Takhtamukai district. A road has already been laid to it, the installation of engineering networks and distribution infrastructure continues, and warehouse facilities are being erected. Work with residents will begin in March. To develop investment and entrepreneurial activities, it is also recommended to cooperate more actively with banks. This concerns issues of lending to small and medium-sized businesses, housing construction, and banks' participation in social projects."
