A road has already been laid to it, installation of engineering networks and distribution infrastructure is ongoing, and warehouse facilities are being erected. Work with residents will begin in March. To develop investment and entrepreneurial activities, it is also recommended to work more actively with banks. This applies to issues of lending for small and medium-sized businesses, housing construction, and the participation of banks in social projects."
