

The Coordination Council on Economic Policy in Adygea has decided to allocate a land plot without holding an auction for the implementation of an investment project to create the first state industrial park “Enem” in the Takhtamukay district – reported the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the republic, Zaur Sheudzhen."A collegial decision was made to lease a land plot with a total area of 130.1 hectares without holding an auction. This should significantly accelerate the construction of one of the key projects for the development of industry in our region," the minister wrote on his Telegram channel.According to him, the implementation of the project will help create up to 10,000 jobs.As reported earlier, Adygea plans to complete the construction of the first state industrial park “Enem” in the Takhtamukay district, with a total cost of 3.25 billion rubles, by November 2024. Previously, the project’s construction was estimated at 1.6 billion rubles, with funding expected from an individual program. Later, the investment volume doubled due to other program sources financing infrastructure development projects.The industrial zone project initially envisions the creation of a small park of 20.4 hectares for small and medium-sized enterprises. In 2024-2025, it is planned to expand the park’s area to 194 hectares. The park is expected to host between 30 and 50 businesses.
