The Coordination Council on Economic Policy in Adygea has decided to allocate a land plot without holding an auction for the implementation of an investment project to create the first state industrial park “Enem” in the Takhtamukay district
"A collegial decision was made to lease a land plot with a total area of 130.1 hectares without holding an auction. This should significantly accelerate the construction of one of the key projects for the development of industry in our region," the minister wrote on his Telegram channel.
According to him, the implementation of the project will help create up to 10,000 jobs.
As reported earlier, Adygea plans to complete the construction of the first state industrial park “Enem” in the Takhtamukay district, with a total cost of 3.25 billion rubles, by November 2024. Previously, the project’s construction was estimated at 1.6 billion rubles, with funding expected from an individual program. Later, the investment volume doubled due to other program sources for infrastructure development project financing.
The industrial zone project envisions, at the first stage, the creation of a small park covering 20.4 hectares for small and medium-sized enterprises. In 2024–2025, the park’s area is planned to expand to 194 hectares. The park is expected to host between 30 and 50 business entities.
