The Coordinating Council for Economic Policy in Adygea decided to provide a land plot without bidding for the implementation of an investment project to create the first state industrial park "Enem" in the Takhtamukay district
"We made a collegial decision to lease a land plot with a total area of 130.1 hectares without bidding. This should significantly accelerate the construction of one of the key projects for the development of the industry of our region," the minister wrote in his Telegram channel.
According to him, the implementation of the project will create up to 10 thousand jobs.
As previously reported, Adygea plans to complete the construction of the first state industrial park "Enem" in the Takhtamukay district with a total cost of 3.25 billion rubles by November 2024. Previously, the construction of the project was estimated at 1.6 billion rubles, financing was assumed at the expense of the individual program. Then the volume of investments doubled due to other programs that are sources of financing infrastructure development projects.
The project of the industrial zone provides for the creation of a small park with an area of 20.4 hectares for small and medium-sized businesses at the first stage. In 2024-2025, it is planned to expand the area of the park to 194 hectares.
