
The Coordinating Council for Economic Policy in Adygea has made the decision to provide a land plot without holding a competitive bidding process for the implementation of the investment project to create the first state industrial park "Enem" in the Takhtamukay District, - reported the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic, Zaur Sheudzhin."A collegial decision was made to provide a land plot with a total area of 130.1 hectares for lease without a tender. This should significantly accelerate the construction of one of the key projects for the development of industry in our region," - the minister wrote on his Telegram channel.According to him, the implementation of the project will create up to 10,000 jobs.As previously reported, Adygea plans to complete the construction of the first state industrial park "Enem" in the Takhtamukay District, with a total cost of 3.25 billion rubles by November 2024. Earlier, the construction of the project was estimated at 1.6 billion rubles, with funding expected from an individual program. Then the volume of investments doubled due to other funding program sources for infrastructure development projects.The industrial zone project provides for the establishment of a small park covering an area of 20.4 hectares for small and medium-sized enterprises in the first phase. In 2024-2025, the area of the park is planned to be expanded to 194 hectares. The park is expected to accommodate from 30 to 50 economic entities.
