


Enem Industrial Park is a collection of industrial infrastructure facilities intended for the creation or modernization of industrial production.
The site of the Enem Industrial Park's industrial zone has access to the A146 Federal Highway `Krasnodar — Verkhnebakansky` and is bounded by the Krasnodar Southern Bypass to the northeast and the E115 European Route (towards Novorossiysk) to the east.
The travel time by car to the city center of Krasnodar ranges from 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the traffic congestion within the city of Krasnodar.
The Enem -Druzhny highway leads to the park, the park territory is equipped with an asphalt access road.

Conducting (or planning) industrial and production activities within the industrial park in accordance with the signed Agreement.
Availability of a business plan for the investment project.
Absence of liquidation or insolvency (bankruptcy) procedures against the resident.
Absence of overdue debts on taxes, fees, and other mandatory payments.
Compliance with environmental safety standards at the enterprise.



Investors leasing production premises in a building constructed at the expense of the Non-Profit Organization 'Small and Medium Enterprises' must additionally, in accordance with the above requirements, be classified as small and medium-sized enterprises.
A land lease agreement or a lease agreement for premises within the production complex may be concluded with another business entity whose activities are aimed at ensuring the proper functioning of various productions and related services located within the industrial park.
