On October 5, 2023, as part of the 4th Congress of Regional Investment Agencies and Development Corporations in Tula, a ceremony was held for the signing of memorandums of intent to join NAAIR with the Joint-Stock Company “Development Corporation of the Republic of Adygea.”

The document was signed by NAAIR Executive Director Rafael Ravilievich Khusyainshin and CEO of JSC “Development Corporation of the Republic of Adygea” Aliy Kazbekovich Dedukhov.

Currently, more than 80 regions are members of the Association. The goal of the Association’s activities is to unite the efforts of regional investment agencies and development corporations aimed at creating conditions that promote increased investment attractiveness and the inflow of investments into the regions of Russia.

1. Exchange of successful experiences between regions (the “Lifehacker” program and a library of ready-made solutions)
2. Diagnostics of regional investment agencies' work and recommendations for optimizing operations
3. “Investor Exchange” service
4. Building cooperation with partners: Ministry of Economic Development, Ministry of Industry and Trade, RDIF, VEB, etc.
5. Educational programs on investment topics, the “InvestCampus” project, NAAIR training center
6. Internships at investment agencies in Russia and abroad

11. Performing functions as the Operator of the National Award in the field of investment development of Russian regions, “Leaders of Investment Development”
